A leading medical device company in Jakarta seeks a seasoned Marketing Manager to develop and execute regional marketing strategies, manage distributor relationships, and lead sales teams. The candidate should have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field and over 10 years of experience in sales within the medical device industry. Effective communication and MS Office skills are essential, alongside a commitment to travel 2-3 times a month, and business-level English proficiency.
Develop and Execute Regional Marketing Strategies:
Formulate and implement comprehensive marketing and growth strategies tailored for each region, with a dual focus on increasing sales and profitability. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Distributor Management and Financial Oversight:
Manage and nurture relationships with distributors, overseeing their development, monitoring sales performance, and ensuring the timely collection of accounts receivable each month. Support distributors in achieving sales targets through ongoing communication and collaboration.
Optimization of Marketing and Pricing Initiatives:
Plan, evaluate, and optimize a variety of marketing and pricing campaigns based on market data and customer feedback. Lead the end-to-end execution of marketing programs to strengthen brand awareness and expand market share.
Building Key Institutional Partnerships:
Establish and reinforce strategic relationships with key institutions, including teaching hospitals, group hospitals, and laboratories. Collaborate with these partners to drive business growth, expand product reach, and develop new sales channels.
Sales Team Development and Leadership:
Recruit, mentor, and train entry-level sales staff into highly effective professionals. Foster a customer-oriented team environment, encouraging professional growth and continuous improvement to enhance overall sales performance and customer satisfaction.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree (S1 or S2) preferably in Biology, Pharmacy, Public Health, Health Analyst, or related fields
10+ years’ experience in sales in the medical device industry
Able to operate MS‑Office and effectively demonstrate ARKRAY products
Good interpersonal and communication skills
English Business level or above is a MUST for this position.
Able to travel on a weekly basis (2‑3 times a month)
