Job Description

1. Oversees and coordinates all aspects of exploration, production, and processing facilities
2. Ensure efficient operations, manage teams, and maintain safety and environmental standards
3. Decision-making about operations activities, risk assessment, team leadership, and optimizing production processes
4. Conducting risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards
5. Managing and motivating technical teams and subcontractors
6. Ensuring production facilities operate at maximum efficiency
7. Meeting production targets and optimizing processes to maximize output.
8. Controlling costs and managing expenses related to operations
9. Ensuring all operations comply with safety standards, regulations, company policies, and to be executed timely
10. Overseeing the operation and maintenance of production facilities and refineries
11. Manage the WP&B and ensuring they align with operational needs

Requirements

1. At least 15 (Fifteen) years’ experience in the Operations area in Oil & Gas Industry
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with various stakeholders
3. Strong understanding of oil and gas operations, including exploration, drilling, and processing
4. Ability to lead, motivate, and manage teams effectively
5. Ability to identify and resolve operational issues and challenges
6. Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions
7. Ability to adapt to changing situations and work in a fast-paced environment
8. Deep understanding of safety protocols and regulations
