Job description

Job Purpose

Within the guidance of PMC’s operating plan, provide leadership to the Planning team to ensure full utilization of the Factory’s production capacity by producing and reviewing the production plans, and by collaborating sister plants to balance capacity order loading, in order to achieve the efficiency and cost targets; and ensure the production progress is in-line with longer term production plan.

Support all production related issue among with Buyer & CPC to ensure full utilization of the Factory’s production capacity by implement the Production Plans, in order to achieve the Plant’s OTD, efficiency, and cost targets.

Qualifications

Experience in the same field and position at least 5 years in apparel manufacturing

English and Computer Literate

Fast React / SAP Literate

Good Communication & Coordination, Problem Solver, Good Teamwork
