You will lead content direction, creator partnerships, and performance tracking to scale our audience and drive measurable business outcomes.
This role combines creativity, data-driven execution, and strong understanding of online culture.
- Develop and execute social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Lead online content planning and production, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and campaign objectives.
- Grow and engage digital communities through storytelling, interactive formats, and timely content.
- Work closely with influencers, online talents, and content creators to expand reach and relevance.
- Monitor content performance and optimize based on analytics, traffic, and conversion insights.
- Manage paid social campaigns and performance marketing to drive awareness and lead generation.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Branding teams to ensure cohesive messaging across channels.
- Stay ahead of social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure high impact.
- Manage digital content calendar, community moderation, and crisis response when needed.
- Track KPIs and deliver performance reports to leadership on a monthly and campaign basis.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.
- 4–7 years of experience in social media marketing, digital campaigns, or online community growth.
- Strong understanding of platform algorithms, audience behavior, and content formats across Instagram and TikTok.
- Proven track record in building brand visibility and driving measurable engagement.
