Requirement :

• At least in Bachelor's degree in agriculture, business, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Experience 5+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management, in agriculture industry.
• Strong understanding of agricultural products and materials, including seeds, fertilizers, and pesticides.
• Experience in negotiating prices and contracts with suppliers.
• Willing to work onsite in Bogor

Scope of Work :

• Involves source Agri Input product and researching various suppliers and leveraging professional networks to find reputable sources for seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, and other inputs.
• Negotiating to suppliers for favorable terms and pricing requires a combination of market knowledge, negotiation skills, and understanding your company's needs and constraints.
• Building strong relationships with producers and distributors to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery.
• Implementing a quality assurance program ensures that products meet specified standards.
• Keeping detailed records of sourcing activities, including supplier performance, pricing, and contract terms, allows for informed decision-making and accountability.
