About the Role

Electrum is accelerating the adoption of electric mobility in Indonesia. We are looking for an Online Marketing Manager specializing in social media strategy to grow brand presence, engagement, and conversions across digital channels. You will lead content direction, creator partnerships, and performance tracking to scale our audience and drive measurable business outcomes.

This role combines creativity, data-driven execution, and strong understanding of online culture.

What You Will Do
  • Develop and execute social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
  • Lead online content planning and production, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and campaign objectives.
  • Grow and engage digital communities through storytelling, interactive formats, and timely content.
  • Work closely with influencers, online talents, and content creators to expand reach and relevance.
  • Monitor content performance and optimize based on analytics, traffic, and conversion insights.
  • Manage paid social campaigns and performance marketing to drive awareness and lead generation.
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Branding teams to ensure cohesive messaging across channels.
  • Stay ahead of social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure high impact.
  • Manage digital content calendar, community moderation, and crisis response when needed.
  • Track KPIs and deliver performance reports to leadership on a monthly and campaign basis.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.
  • 4–7 years of experience in social media marketing, digital campaigns, or online community growth.
  • Strong understanding of platform algorithms, audience behavior, and content formats across Instagram and TikTok.
  • Proven track record in building brand visibility and driving measurable engagement.
  • Experience with influencer marketing, digital creators, or entertainment ecosystem.
  • Analytical capability with hands-on experience using social media analytics and performance tools.
  • Strong project management, copywriting, and communication skills.
