Responsibilities

• Supervise and be responsible for the company's cash inflows and outflows, ensuring sufficient fund availability for operations (weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annually), including control of payments to vendors and from customers.
• Oversee and be responsible for all financial transactions, accounting processes, and financial reporting of the company.
• Prepare and be accountable for monthly and annual financial statements, including monthly and annual tax reports.
• Responsible for financial audits and tax audits (both tax audit and financial audit).
• Coordinate with other departments regarding assets (office equipment, computers, etc.), inventory, cash advance settlements, project progress reports, etc.
• Develop structured and accountable financial systems and SOPs.

Job Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields (holding a professional certification such as CPA/CA/ACCA is a plus).
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Finance & Accounting (FAT) Manager in a construction company, or minimum 5 years as a FAT Assistant Manager (experience in manufacturing as cost accounting may also be considered).
• Strong understanding of the financial reporting cycle based on accounting principles, especially construction service accounting.
• Experienced in preparing cash flow statements, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Knowledgeable in current tax regulations (minimum Brevet A & B required; Brevet C is an advantage).
• Proficient in using accounting software (especially Accurate) and tax software (Coretax).
• Experienced in tax audits (restitution, SP2DK) and financial audits.
• Added value if familiar with labor regulations (especially BPJS rules and salary/overtime calculations).
• Detail-oriented, patient, structured, able to work independently, and a highly proactive team player.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
