Implementing work plan needs strategies to fulfill user requests regarding GMD, Aurora, and other IT systems on a daily and periodic basis to achieve company targets.
Conduct follow-up on Audit requests received from Korea regarding the New Menu for GMD.
Follow up on requests from users who enter the open case system related to improving system performance.
Conduct inspections and analysis related to Bug issues reported through the Opencase system or private chat by HO and all stores.
Ensure proper server performance management to allow the GMD System to operate optimally.
Conduct socialization regarding changes or additions to the GMD system to the PIC of each store.
Update Web/Mobile Screen Design on Lotte Mobile Application and Lotte Website monthly.
