Job description

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.

5+ years as an IT Project Manager, including 3+ years hands‑on Scrum Master for software teams.

Proven expertise using Jira for project administration, reporting, and workflows.

Strong experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, JIRA), SDLC, CI/CD basics.

Demonstrated ability to manage multi‑team dependencies and complex timelines.

Excellent communication (English and Bahasa Indonesia), facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile/Scrum values and practices.
• Remove impediments, protect the team from distractions, and enable flow.
• Cultivate a self‑organizing, collaborative, high‑performance culture.

Project Planning & Timeline Management

• Build and maintain project plans aligned to business objectives.
• Create and manage Gantt charts (milestones, dependencies, critical path).
• Identify risks/constraints early; propose mitigation and recovery plans.
• Provide realistic, data‑backed timelines and status reports.

Backlog & Task Management in Jira

• Partner with IT manager on backlog grooming, prioritization, and sprint scope.
• Ensure stories are INVEST‑compliant with clear acceptance criteria and sizing.
• Track velocity, burn‑down/up, cumulative flow, and other Agile metrics.
• Lead and motivate developers, designers, and QA.
• Align on sprint goals, Definition of Ready/Done, and quality standards.
• Facilitate collaboration and constructive conflict resolution across functions.

Product Requirements Documentation (PRD)

• Gather and synthesize requirements with Product/Business/Stakeholders.
• Author clear, testable PRDs (scope, user stories, acceptance criteria, non‑functional requirements).
