Min 3-5 years proven sales experience in IT Outsource/Recruitment Services, Project Staffing, IT Solutions/IT Services.

Good business acumen and written and verbal communication skills.

Good presentation and negotiation skills.

Good knowledge of MS Office tools like Power Point, Word & Excel.

Exposure to using CRM applications will be added advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day to day sales operations.
• Hands on business development from cold calling, conduct client meetings and presentations, and lead to closure.
• Close coordination with delivery team to coordinate and cater to client requirements.
• Develop new clients and manage existing client relationship for repeat business.
• Good experience in working with request for proposal/quotations (RFP/RFQ).
• Experience in leading and managing teams.
• Follow up on invoicing and collection.
• Regular reporting on performance KPI.
