Job summary

A leading automotive manufacturing company in Indonesia is looking for an experienced IT Manager to oversee Office 365 and server administration, configure network management, and manage helpdesk operations. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, possesses at least 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, and is fluent in English. This role is based in Cikarang, Kab. Bekasi.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure.
• Strong GPA of 3.00 or above from a reputable university.

Responsibilities

• Manage Office 365 administration including user accounts and licenses.
• Maintain Windows Server: Active Directory, DNS, DHCP.
• Configure and troubleshoot network management.
• Maintain inventory of IT assets.
• Management of helpdesk ticketing system.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Manage Office 365 administration (user accounts, licenses, access permissions).
• Server management (maintain Windows Server: Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy).
• Configure and troubleshoot network management (LAN/WAN, VPN, routers, switches, firewalls).
• Maintain inventory of IT assets (PCs, laptops, printers, etc.).
• Helpdesk management: ticketing system, document issues, improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Informatics, Information Systems/Technology, Computer Science, or any relevant major from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
• Fluent in English.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure.
• Specialized skills in Microsoft 365 Administration, Server & Network Administration, and IT Device & Asset Management.
