This is a full-time Sales Consultant role at CARSOME located in North Jakarta, Indonesia. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for engaging with customers, providing consulting services, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and offering solutions tailored to their needs.

• Assist walk-in customers and online inquiries from the website
• Introduce and facilitate test drive processes for customers.
• Make phone calls to prospective customers.
• Assist customers throughout the purchase & leasing application process.
• Follow up with customers after their purchase.
• Achieve sales targets as determined by the company.
• Conduct digital marketing on various available digital platforms.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Automotive Sales/Sales Counter, or 3 years of experience in the insurance, hospitality, banking, or transportation industry (e.g., former flight attendants).
• Willing to work 6 days a week with 1 day off.
• Able to join immediately.
• Willing to be placed in Bekasi, West Java.
