Job Summary:
As an Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our digital advertising campaigns across social media platforms, Meta (Facebook), CPAS, Google Ads, Shopee Ads, Tiktok Ads and ensuring SEO strategies are effectively implemented. You will work closely with our marketing team to execute, monitor, and analyze ad campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and manage digital advertising campaigns across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.), Google Ads, Shopee Ads, TikTok Ads, and CPAS.
- Optimize campaigns for maximum performance, focusing on key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROI.
- Collaborate with the content team to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all digital ad strategies.
- Monitor and report on SEO performance and suggest improvements.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Use analytics tools to track and measure the effectiveness of ad campaigns.
- Manage and allocate advertising budgets efficiently to maximize results.
- Provide regular reports on budget utilization and campaign performance.
- Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives that resonate with the target audience.
- Coordinate with the sales and product teams to align ad strategies with business goals.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising, social media, Google Ads, CPAS, and SEO.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven 1-year-experience as Performance Marketing / Ads Specialist or similar role
- Proven experience in digital advertising, specifically in social media ads (Facebook, Instagram), Google Ads, Shopee Ads, TikTok Ads, SEO and CPAS.
- Strong knowledge of Meta (Facebook) Ads Manager and CPAS (Collaborative Performance Advertising Solution).
- Experience with SEO tools and techniques.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
