Job summary

About the role

We are looking for a driven and organized Personal Assistant to Director to join our dynamic team at SPS Corporate in Surabaya, East Java. This is a full-time role with the opportunity to work in a collaborative and supportive environment.

What you'll be doing

Providing comprehensive administrative support to the Director, including managing their calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings, and making travel arrangements.

Handling a variety of correspondence, including drafting emails, letters, and other documents on behalf of the Director.

Conducting research and analysis to assist the Director with various projects and initiatives.

Coordinating and facilitating events, conferences, and other functions as required.

Serving as the primary point of contact for the Director, fielding inquiries and managing their communication with various stakeholders.

Maintaining and organizing the Director's files, records, and other important documents.

Providing general office support as needed, such as ordering supplies, managing inventory, and supporting other administrative tasks.

What we're looking for
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, preferably in a corporate or executive-level setting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels of the organisation.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • A keen attention to detail and the ability to work with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information with the utmost care.
  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to anticipate the Director's needs.
  • Have driving licence (sim A).
