Sales Pond Pty Ltd mencari seorang Team Leader untuk outbound telemarketing di Denpasar. Posisi ini fokus pada pengelolaan dan pengembangan tim Sales Development Representatives (SDR) serta peningkatan produktivitas outreach melalui pelatihan, coaching, dan pengawasan kinerja.
The Role
- Managing & Coaching a team of SDRs to consistently meet and exceed targets.
- Training & Development: Delivering onboarding and continuous skills training (cold calling, objection handling, use of CRM/tech tools).
- Performance Management: Monitoring activity metrics (calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach), pipeline contribution, and quality of meetings booked.
- Motivation & Culture: Creating a high‑energy, competitive, and supportive team environment.
- Collaboration: Working closely with senior management and client account managers to align on goals, reporting, and performance expectations.
- Process Improvement: Driving efficiencies in outreach strategies, messaging, and use of sales tools (CRM, dialers, sequencing platforms, AI tools).
What We’re Looking For
- Experience as an SDR/BDR/Inside Sales Rep with a strong track record of hitting targets.
- Prior leadership or team mentoring experience (official or unofficial) strongly preferred.
- Ability to coach junior reps on cold calling, email outreach, and qualification frameworks (BANT, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills – comfortable tracking KPIs and turning data into action.
- High energy, resilient, and able to build a positive team culture.
- Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).
