About the role

PT My Everything Indonesia, a leading retail brand in Central Jakarta specializing in fashion (t-shirts) and children’s toys (Sam‑Sam & Hotweels), is seeking an experienced Retail Manager to oversee the smooth and efficient operations of its multiple store locations. In this full‑time position you will be responsible for driving sales, optimizing store performance, and ensuring excellent customer service across the company’s retail portfolio.

What you’ll be doing

• Manage the daily operations of multiple retail stores, including staffing, inventory management, and sales targets.
• Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of retail team members to foster a skilled and motivated workforce.
• Implement effective merchandising and visual display strategies to enhance the customer experience and drive sales.
• Monitor store performance and profitability, and make data‑driven decisions to optimize operations.
• Liaise with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and alignment with broader business objectives.
• Identify and address operational challenges, and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and productivity.
• Foster a positive and customer‑centric culture within the stores, leading by example and promoting the company’s values.
• Opening store, looking for a place to open the store, checking goods and displays.
