_As our Sales & Marketing manager for Indonesia, you will be assisting and taking on responsibilities in various Marketing related matters, with focus on partnerships and collaborations. You will also be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and developing new wholesale opportunities, managing existing accounts, and expanding the company’s market presence in Indonesia.This position is an excellent opportunity to work with a large community of creative individuals and gain international experience. You’ll be working in close partnership with our online team in the Hong-Kong regional office and HQ team in Vienna, Austria.

About Us

Lomography is a globally active organization dedicated to experimental and creative analogue photography. Originally established in 1992 by a group of offbeat students as an art movement, but fuelled by fiery passion and burning curiosity, the Lomographic Society soon grew into an international company.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance community contribution and sales in Indonesia
  • Report online sales and marketing activities to regional office and HQ
  • Localize and execute international marketing concepts adapted for the Indonesia market
  • Collaborate with partners from the media, photography, fashion, music, cinema, and similar industries for online or offline projects
  • Organize and manage Lomography product tests
  • Build and nurture excellent relations with press
  • Manage local social media accounts for Indonesia
  • Localize and schedule newsletters for the Indonesia contacts list
  • Manage the magazine publications and interviews on lomography.id
  • Organize community events (workshops, photowalks, exhibitions, online competition, giveaways etc.) in Indonesia
  • Localize online and printed materials in Indonesia language
  • Develop strong partnerships with our store network and look to increase their sales volumes year-on-year.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to deliver marketing projects and events.
  • Research, pitch and manage new potential accounts to ensure strategic coverage of accounts across the market.
  • Represent Lomography at key strategic events such as trade shows and meet-ups.
  • Ensure our product displays are eye-catching and situated in prominent positions within our partner stores, following our brand guidelines to maintain consistency.
  • Create status reports for your markets and feedback to teammates.
Requirements
  • A study major or experience in business, management, sales & marketing
  • Computer skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Interested in working in a multicultural, international company/environment.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • An interest in or knowledge of analogue photography!

  • Passion for Lomography and analogue photography, strong interest in brand & business development, sales & marketing.
  • Enjoy problem-solving.
