We are seeking an experienced Finance Accounting Assistant Manager to join PT HUGE DENTAL INDONESIA, a leading dental manufacturer in Tangerang, Banten. This full-time role supports senior management and facilitates effective communication with our Chinese-speaking headquarters.

1. Accurately record and process daily financial transactions, maintaining records in the general ledger.
2. Prepare monthly and annual financial statements.
3. Maintain and monitor acquisitions, disposals, depreciation, and physical asset tracking, including inventory counts and reconciliations.
4. Calculate and monitor production costs such as raw materials, labor, and overhead.
5. Support internal and external audit processes by providing accurate documentation.
6. Prepare and calculate taxes in compliance with Indonesian tax regulations (VAT, Income Tax 21/23/25/Final, etc.).
7. Submit monthly and annual tax reports via appropriate platforms (e-Faktur, e-SPT, e-Bupot).
8. Coordinate with external tax consultants if necessary.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in a finance/accounting role, preferably in manufacturing or healthcare industry.
3. Fluent in Mandarin is preferred, with excellent written and verbal translation skills.
4. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, cost accounting, and fixed asset management.
5. Familiarity with Indonesian tax laws and reporting procedures.
6. Proficient in accounting software such as Accurate, SAP, or similar.
7. High attention to detail, integrity, and ability to work independently or in a team.
8. Possession of Brevet A & B certification is an advantage.

The long-term work location is in Tangerang. Initially, you will work at our South Jakarta (Gandaria Office 8) for several months.
