Overview

Our client, a leading property developer, is currently looking for a Project Director with strong background in Civil Engineering or Architecture. This position will lead the end-to-end development and execution of hectares of property project in BOGOR area, including planning, design, quantity surveying, and project operations.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the full project team, including Project Managers, Planning, Design, QS, and Operations, ensuring all activities align with company goals, schedules, budgets, and quality standards.

Oversee end-to-end project development — from concept, design coordination, and master planning to construction and handover.

Formulate and implement project strategies, feasibility studies, and development plans in coordination with architects, consultants, and contractors.

Control project budgeting, cost management, and procurement processes to ensure financial efficiency and value engineering.

Supervise project execution to ensure compliance with technical specifications, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Provide regular progress reports and strategic updates to the Director, ensuring effective communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture

Minimum 15 years of experience in property development or construction, with at least 5 years in a senior project leadership role.

Strong understanding of project planning, design management, cost control, and construction operations.

Excellent leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
