• Conduct pica analysis on significant discrepancies/variances.
• Review all PR (Purchase Request) submissions generated in the system.
• Ensure the Official Minutes are generated for every monthly budget abnormality.

Responsibilities

Review actual categories and confirm category mapping, including non-performance.

Ensure the use of up-to-date standard cost items consistent with the budget.

Conduct pica analysis on significant discrepancies/variances.

Ensure the mapping of owner budget responsibilities aligns with the budget policy.

Review all PR (Purchase Request) submissions generated in the system.

Review and create the budget approval matrix.

Ensure the Official Minutes (Berita Acara) is generated for every monthly budget abnormality and review the previous BA History (Historical Minutes/Reports).

Qualifications

Minimum education of Bachelor's degree in Any Major (Finance, Business Management, or Accounting is preferred).

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Budget and Cost Control, Aset Management, or Project Controller.

Experience in the shipping industry is advantage.

Experience in preparing or handling annual budget.

Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

Proficient in computer skills, Microsoft Office, and data processing, data analyst, and data presentation.

Familiarity in SAP is preferable.
