1. Create contents on all social media platforms
2. Develop and manage content calendars
3. Schedule content for release at optimal times
4. Communicate with social media followers, including responding to queries in a timely manner
5. Keep up with updates to all relevant social media platforms
6. Create social media reports & monitor competitors' social media on a timely basis
7. Ideate and execute social media activities

1. Bachelor's degree in Communication/Marketing or other related major from a reputable University
2. Min. 2 - 3.5 years experience in Social Media or a similar field
3. Having a background in Beauty/Advertising/E-commerce/Brands/Marketing is preferred
4. Expert knowledge of all leading social media sites, including their algorithms
5. Strong copywriting skills (able to create persuasive copy & captions)
6. Digital savvy with a passion for the digital landscape and knowledge of how platforms work
7. Good photography, videography & editing skills (with Capcut or other similar video editing software)
