A fashion brand in Indonesia is seeking a Social Media & Graphic Designer to create visual content for digital platforms including Instagram and TikTok. The ideal candidate will develop creative concepts aligned with brand guidelines and manage social media campaigns, including content scheduling and performance reporting. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field and 1-2 years of experience in a relevant role. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is essential.
Create visual content (photos, videos, graphics) for Instagram, TikTok, and other digital platforms.
Develop creative concepts and social media campaign ideas aligned with the brand direction.
Handle content scheduling, posting, and basic copywriting for daily/weekly posts.
Monitor engagement and compile simple performance reports.
Design marketing materials such as banners, posters, lookbooks, PR packages and promotional assets.
Ensure all designs and content are consistent with the fashion brand’s guidelines and identity.
Collaborate closely with the marketing team, Brand Associate, and other internal stakeholders for campaign execution.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in social media or graphic design, preferably in fashion or lifestyle industry.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom) and basic video editing tools (Premiere, CapCut, VN, etc.).
Strong understanding of social media trends, especially Instagram and TikTok.
Ability to create aesthetic, fashion-forward content and follow brand guidelines.
Good communication and basic copywriting skills.
Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work under tight deadlines.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the marketing team.
