Job description

We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Junior C# Developer to join our development team at PT Fata Organa Solusi. In this role, you will primarily focus on writing and maintaining high‑quality code related to audio engineering and developing robust interfaces for machine learning libraries and SDKs. You will collaborate closely with senior developers and product managers to analyze the feasibility of new technologies, optimize existing algorithms, and contribute to product design plans. Responsibilities:

• Write and maintain functional and efficient code, primarily using C# and PHP, related to various application and migrate the application from PHP to C# with latest technology and libraries.
• Develop and maintain the necessary interfaces for machine learning libraries and SDKs, ensuring seamless integration into our products.
• Assist in the development of product design plans and analyze the technical feasibility of incorporating new technologies into our solutions.
• Focus on code and algorithm optimization to improve application performance and resource utilization.
• Actively participate in code reviews and debugging efforts, applying strong problem‑solving skills to ensure high code quality and stability.
• Adhere to basic git concepts (PR, commit, fork) for version control and collaborative development.
• Demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility, maintain good teamwork, and communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Proactively engage in self‑learning to master new technologies, and if necessary, be willing to unlearn and relearn programming methods to maintain industry best practices.

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of Object‑oriented programming (OOP) principles.
• Experience in C# and PHP programming language.
• Experience in any of the following RDBMS systems: SQL Server or RDBMS (in general).
• Basic understanding of Docker and Container concepts.
• Strong sense of responsibility, good teamwork, and communication skills.
• Strong problem analyzing and problem‑solving skills, and good debugging skill.
• Willingness to self‑learn new things, and if necessary, unlearn and relearn programming methods.
• Understand basic git concepts (PR, commit, fork).
• Fluent in English, proven by an interview in English (equivalent to at least 525 TOEFL PBT or 5.5 IELTS or 55 TOEFL iBT).

Advantageous if:

• Have experience with Cloud architecture such as Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform.
• Understand versioning, release management, and tagging on Git.
• Have experience working in more than one OS.
• Experience in CI/CD (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, other systems).
• Have N5 or higher Japanese Proficiency.
• Understand the concept of clean code and unit testing.
• Able to write good and concise reports.
• Web development and related programming languages.
• Database management and design.
• Other cross‑compilable programming languages (Go, Java, Rust).
