Job summary
A local leader in the transport industry in Dunmurry is seeking a permanent Transport Supervisor. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in transport/logistics supervision, knowledge of transport legislation, and experience in managing drivers and operations. - Demonstrable background in transport/logistics supervision or management.
- Strong working knowledge of transport legislation and compliance (including VOSA regulations).
- Experience managing drivers, schedules, and training.
- Full, clean driving license.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring the efficient, compliant and cost-effective operation of transport activities.
- Co-ordinating daily transport operations.
- Supporting fleet management.
- Ensuring compliance.
- Assisting in the supervision and HR management of drivers and transport staff.

We are working with a local leader in their industry to recruit for their new Transport Supervisor to join them on a permanent basis in Dunmurry.
Working Tuesday to Saturday and closely with the Transport Manager you will be responsible for;
- Ensuring the efficient, compliant and cost-effective operation of transport activities

- Supporting fleet management
- Ensuring compliance

- Other adhoc duties
- Demonstrable background in transport / logistics supervision or management
