Job description

The Chief of Staff is a critical role that supports our MD of National Security Solutions to drive strategy, key initiatives and projects. The role reports to the MD NSS and the NSS Leadership Team, working collaboratively with teams and functions across NSS, NG and externally to mobilise change, deliver key initiatives, and coordinate across NGUK and the wider corporation.

  • Support the MD and the NSS Leadership Team on strategy, planning, business development, corporate issues and government relations.
  • Mobilise change and support the delivery of key initiatives across NSS, NG and externally.
  • Coordinate across NGUK and the wider corporation.
  • Compile and coordinate management reports for the MD, including drafting monthly reports for corporate and key Board / ELT presentations.
  • Organise and serve as the Secretary to the NSS LT, Monthly Business Unit Reviews and Business Development Reviews.
  • Coordinate and support NSS strategy development.
  • Provide support to special projects as required.

Salary: £70,000 - £80,000.

Travel Requirements

Regular and frequent UK travel and occasional international travel will be required. The role is likely to require office presence in excess of NG's standard hybrid model.

Security Clearance
