Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic, highly motivated individual who wishes to contribute to the NHS Forth Valley Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services and Paediatrics within Women and Children’s Directorate in the role of Clinical Manager.

This role will provide an excellent opportunity to be part of a forward thinking, improvement focused team where the highest quality patient care is at the forefront.

Responsibilities
  • Lead clinical coordination of patient journey through the service.
  • Assure all aspects of care delivery and manage external and internal referral processes.
  • Implement continuous improvement programme, patient centred care, clinical governance, staff support and staff wellbeing.
  • Lead change within a multi-disciplinary environment and exhibit a collaborative approach as a senior leader.
  • Understand provisions of health care within budgetary limitations and resource management alongside national targets relating to waiting times.
