Kevin Edward Executive Search has partnered with a leading manufacturer of industrial generating sets, ranging from 5 kVA to 3000 kVA - is seeking a Sales Engineer (Tenders) to join their growing team.
This is an internal sales position focused on tenders, quotations, and technical support. You'll play a vital role in helping customers and the external sales team find the right power solution for every project.
- Preparing detailed technical and commercial quotations for generating sets and related equipment
- Reviewing tender documents and customer specifications
- Liaising with engineering, production, and procurement teams to develop cost-effective solutions
- Providing technical support to the external sales team and clients
- Ensuring all proposals meet company standards for accuracy, compliance, and presentation
- Background in electrical or mechanical engineering, or equivalent industry experience
- Proven experience within power generation, gensets, switchgear, or industrial equipment
- Strong technical understanding combined with commercial awareness
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- Confident working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
