Job Title: Finishing Foreman
Location: Castle Donington
Start: Monday 24th November
We are currently seeking an experienced Finishing Foreman to join a leading contractor on a new build housing development in Castle Donington.
- Overseeing and completing finishing works across plots
- Working through snagging lists to ensure all units meet required standards
- Coordinating and driving progress across all finishing trades on site
- Ensuring health & safety procedures are followed at all times
- Reporting progress and issues to the Site Manager
- Assisting with quality control and delivering homes ready for handover
- Experience as a Finishing Foreman on new build housing sites
- Own tools are essential
- Valid CSCS card
- SMSTS or SSSTS qualification
- First Aid certificate
- Strong eye for detail and ability to manage multiple trades
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
