This organisation has over a decade of experience supplying ceiling tile solutions across the UK. Renowned for its customer‑first approach and technical expertise, it supports everything from small product orders to large, complex suspended‑ceiling and partitioning projects. Due to continued growth, the business is now seeking a Technical Sales Executive to strengthen the team and meet rising customer demand.

Unlike a business‑development or cold‑calling role, this position focuses on managing high‑quality inbound enquiries, interpreting drawings and specifications, preparing accurate quotations, and delivering clear, practical technical guidance to customers. You will be part of a close‑knit and sociable team where you will have a fast‑paced and enjoyable working week.

The Role

• Manage inbound customer enquiries, providing friendly advice, technical support, and accurate quotations.

• Recommend suitable systems and value‑engineered alternatives to improve cost, efficiency, or lead times.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handovers and contribute feedback to enhance processes and service quality.

The Person

• Experience in construction, interiors, fit‑out, building materials, or a related field.
• Excellent numerical skills, confident using Excel and other tools for accurate quotations.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills, able to work effectively with customers, builders, and trade professionals.
• Proactive, reliable, and team‑focused, with a positive attitude and confidence negotiating with suppliers.
• Commutable distance from Cheltenham.
