We are seeking a dynamic and drivenOperation Team Managerto join our high-performing manufacturing team at Catalent. In this pivotal role, you will lead day-to-day operations of a designated process area, ensuring the safe, compliant, and efficient production of high-quality pharmaceutical products. You will inspire a culture of continuous improvement, operational excellence, and team development through strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring.

The Role:

Operational Leadership:
Oversee site-wide operations within your designated process area (Form Fill Freeze & Drying, Inspection, Sealing, or Secondary Packaging), ensuring delivery of SQDCP KPIs and shift targets.

Team Management:
Lead and develop a team, conducting regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and personal development plans. Promote a culture of accountability, flexibility, and high performance.

Safety & Compliance:
Champion a zero-tolerance safety culture. Lead risk assessments, accident investigations, and ensure compliance with GMP and SOPs. Maintain audit readiness and drive quality improvements.

Performance & Delivery:
Lead daily shift meetings, manage resources, and resolve issues to meet production goals. Use data-driven decision-making to identify and eliminate inefficiencies and process losses.

Continuous Improvement:
Drive 5S, Lean, and CI initiatives. Recommend process and SOP improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve equipment reliability and availability.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with Quality, Technical, R&D, and Engineering teams to ensure seamless operations and alignment with strategic goals.

The Candidate:

Proven experience in leading operational teams within a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment.

Strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and compliance requirements.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Experience with performance management tools (e.g., Six Sigma) is advantageous.

Resilient and results-driven in fast-paced environments.

Effective communicator, fostering collaboration and root-cause analysis.

Analytical problem-solver.

Strong communicator with the ability to engage at all levels.

Committed to ethical and professional standards in all interactions.
