  • Support the team manager in overseeing and coordinating social work activities and ensuring service delivery meets quality standards.
  • Supervise and motivate team members, providing guidance, support, and professional supervision.

  • Oversee case management, ensuring effective assessment, intervention, and evaluation practices.

Requirements for this Assistant Team Manager role
  • Degree or equivalent in social work, combined with a current Social Work England registration.
  • Demonstrated managerial experience, ideally as an Assistant Team Manager.
  • Extensive frontline experience in Adults Services, providing a strong foundation for the role.
  • Proven capability in inspiring and leading a team within an adult social care setting.
