We are seeking a motivated, compassionate, and forward‑thinking Team Manager to provide day to day management and leadership to our new Community Enablement & Recovery Team (CERT) and Complex Emotional Needs (CEN) Pathway. These specialist services support people with severe and enduring mental health needs and those who attract a diagnosis of personality disorder, using trauma‑informed, evidence‑based interventions to improve outcomes and quality of life.
CERT and CEN offer specialist assessment, therapeutic interventions, and recovery‑focused support to individuals with complex mental health needs. Our aim is to empower people to develop confidence, independence, and meaningful recovery goals—while reducing crisis presentations, unplanned admissions, and inpatient bed use as part of an MDT.
You will be responsible for the ongoing day‑to‑day management and development of these specialist complex services ensuring that the service operates in line with national guidance related to Community Rehabilitation and delivery of the Complex Emotional Needs pathway as stated in the Operational Policy; and developing/maintaining a service ethos which underpins the Trust's Vision & Values and Trust's Quality Priorities.
