We pay our team a monthly service charge, which is pooled and 100% shared among all hotel staff. The service charge can amount to approximately £275-£325 per month (around £4000 annually) in addition to base salary for full-time employees.

As a Sous Chef, you will assist the Head Chef in managing a busy kitchen, creating exciting dishes, and ensuring safety and quality standards.

• Utilize knife skills with high-quality ingredients.
• Maintain allergen safety through up-to-date training.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper food labeling.
• Share knowledge with junior team members.
• Manage the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence.
• Contribute to allergen management and food ordering processes.
