Job summary

A luxury care home provider in Banstead is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to oversee kitchen operations. You will support the Head Chef in delivering high-quality meals while managing kitchen staff. The ideal candidate has 5 years of kitchen experience, an NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Food & Hygiene or Catering Services, and strong leadership abilities. Qualifications

  • 5 years' experience working in a kitchen.

  • Ensure every meal is nutritious and of restaurant quality.
  • Manage and develop the Chef de Partie and Commis Chef.
  • Assist in menu development and review.
