As a Senior Chef de Partie/Junior Chef, you will be an integral part of our culinary team, reporting directly to the Head Chef. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing food preparation and cooking, maintaining high standards of food safety and quality, and collaborating with other kitchen staff to deliver exceptional dining experiences. Your extensive kitchen and culinary experience will contribute to meal preparation and team efficiency, enhancing guest satisfaction in our fast-paced environment.

• Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to ensure high-quality dishes
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and uphold food safety standards
• Collaborate with team members to create and execute menu items efficiently
• Assist in training junior kitchen staff and guide on culinary techniques
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies
• Ensure timely meal preparation and presentation according to restaurant standards

• Languages: English – Advanced

• Salary: £14.21 – £14.51 hourly
