The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, maintaining the bar area and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience. A centre point of our event space you will be the face of a project, creating the atmosphere for our guests to enjoy. Your ability to manage time effectively while adhering to food and beverage standards will be crucial in this role.. . Responsibilities:. - prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.. - maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order.. - engage with customers, providing friendly and attentive service to enhance their experience. - monitor customer behaviour and consumption of alcohol, ensuring compliance with licensing laws. - handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, utilising basic maths skills for processing payments. - assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and reporting any shortages or discrepancies. - collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable. - uphold food safety standards by following proper hygiene practices at all times. . .
