Are you passionate about recruitment and ready to make an impact in the service industry? Our client is looking for a dynamic Talent Resourcer to join their growing team in Slough! If you're eager to provide exceptional support and solutions, this is the role for you.


Position: Talent Resourcer
Location: Slough
Contract Type: Temporary (12 weeks) - Possibility of going perm for right candidate
Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours
Salary: £30,000 PA

About the Role:
As a Talent Resourcer, you will play a pivotal role in our Utility Division, specifically working on the clients largest contract. Your key responsibilities will include:



  • Arranging and conducting interviews and candidate assessment centres

  • Communicating with candidates to confirm attendance and reschedule as needed

  • Posting and amending job adverts, ensuring accuracy and relevance

  • Searching job boards to find candidates with matching skill sets

  • Preparing and maintaining recruitment paperwork, ensuring compliance

  • Keeping candidates informed throughout the onboarding process

  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to attract new talent

  • Conducting training for managers on recruitment processes

  • Staying updated on UK Employment Law and market trends
