A leading recruitment firm in the insurance sector is seeking a talented Commercial Broker / Relationship Manager for their Leeds City Centre office. This role involves engaging with diverse commercial clients and handling renewals while managing broker clients on a wholesale basis. Applicants should possess strong communication skills and a minimum of 2 years' commercial broking experience. This is an excellent role to be based from Leeds City Centre, with a fantastic and highly successful insurance business. They have a great team ethos, and provide an enjoyable and professional working environment.
This is an Interesting dual role, a mixture of dealing with a wide variety of commercial clients, placing risks, making amendments and dealing with renewals. Also managing a panel of broker clients on a wholesale broking basis, dealing with incoming cases and proactively seeking additional cases in which to quote on.
Ideal applicants will have at least 2 years commercial broking experience, be a great communicator, and enjoy speaking to clients, brokers and insurers on a daily basis and happy working with reasonable targets.
Although this is a Leeds based role, there may be a requirement to meet key insurer contacts in London from time to time (mainly Lloyd’s market).
This role comes with an excellent salary, full and comprehensive benefits and a bonus. ACII studies will be full funded. Previous use of Acturis would be beneficial.
