A legal firm in the United Kingdom is seeking a partner/counsel to manage a team and handle an existing caseload. The role emphasizes trust work, with additional responsibilities in wills and probate. Ideal candidates will bring experience in private client tax and a portable following of clients. Qualificações
- Experience in trusts work, both onshore and offshore.
- Familiarity with wills, probate, and private client tax.
- Ability to manage a team and handle a caseload.
Responsabilidades
- Replace a retired partner and manage a team of 2.
- Handle existing caseload and client base.
- Build relationships with high-net-worth clients.
Our client is actively seeking a partner/counsel (possibly senior associate) to join at partner level.
The new incumbent will replace a retired partner and manage a team of 2 and will also benefit from an existing caseload and client base, however contacts and ideally some level of portable following will certainly be welcomed.
The work is broad with a focus on trusts work, primarily onshore, some offshore. The role will also involve some wills and probate and private client tax.
The client base is entirely HNW and includes a number of people in the music industry.
This is a salaried partner position with a solid track to equity.
