Broker Relationship / Sales Manager – Insurance

Location: Yorkshire / North (regular travel)

We’re partnering with a recognised market leader in the insurance market and they’re looking for a Broker Relationship / Sales Manager who can drive growth, win mindshare, and maximise broker engagement across the North. This is a role for someone who loves being out in front of partners, building momentum, and creating commercial opportunities. You’ll take ownership of a key broker panel, developing and executing growth plans that boost product uptake, open new distribution channels, and strengthen long-term relationships. Expect to be out in the market regularly, meeting brokers, delivering product insight, running activity plans, and positioning a suite of high-performing products that genuinely add value to brokers and their customers.

Responsibilities

Working closely with leadership, product teams and underwriting, you’ll provide feedback on market trends, spot cross‑sell opportunities, and help influence future product strategy. Your commercial thinking, energy, and relationship strength will directly impact regional performance.

Qualifications

We’re looking for someone with proven broker relationship or account management experience within insurance, ideally across various lines within commercial or ancillary. We are looking for someone confident in driving sales, opening doors, and growing market share.
