A specialist subcontractor in the UK is seeking a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage contracts and drive commercial performance. This role involves ensuring project success through effective budgeting, contract negotiation, and relationship management. Ideal candidates have experience in construction or civil engineering, strong analytical skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects. Formación
- Proven QS/SQS experience within construction or civil engineering.
- Strong knowledge of contract management, NEC experience desirable.
- Proactive and detail-driven individual.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects.
Responsabilidades
- Manage costs from tender through to the final account.
- Prepare valuations, variations, and commercial reports.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts.
- Monitor budgets and project governance.
- Support bids and tenders with commercial input.
Conocimientos
Are you a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor with experience in managing contracts and commercial performance? Do you thrive in a client-facing role where accuracy, strategy, and negotiation make a real difference? - Proven QS/SQS experience within construction, civil engineering, or specialist subcontracting
- Strong knowledge of contracts (NEC experience desirable)

- Proactive, detail-driven, and comfortable managing multiple projects
