THE ROLE

This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Commercial Manager to take ownership of strategic growth across the UK and Europe. Based in the East Midlands office three days per week (with flexibility to work remotely the remainder), you’ll lead commercial strategy, manage key distributor and customer relationships, and identify new business opportunities across multiple sectors. Working closely with cross-functional teams – including Operations, Finance, and Sales – you’ll develop robust growth plans, oversee the customer experience function, and drive transformation initiatives that deliver measurable results.

This is a truly varied and influential role that combines commercial leadership with strategic project delivery. You’ll also have the opportunity to travel across Europe around six times per year, supporting key customers and driving business development initiatives across multiple markets.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Proven success in leading commercial or business development functions within B2B technical sales

  • The ability to lead teams, influence at senior level, and drive cross-functional initiatives
  • Must be based within a commutable distance to Nottingham, with the ability to work from the office three days per week
  • Willingness to travel across Europe approximately six times per year
PACKAGE FOR COMMERCIAL MANAGER
  • Basic salary £50,000 – £65,000 (depending on experience)
