Key responsibilities
Managing costs from tender through to final account
  • Preparing valuations, variations, and commercial reports
  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts
  • Monitoring budgets, profitability, and project governance
  • Supporting bids and tenders with commercial input
  • Building strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and project teams
  • What we're looking for
    • Proven QS/SQS experience within construction, civil engineering, or specialist subcontracting
    • Strong knowledge of contracts (NEC experience desirable)
    • Excellent commercial acumen and analytical ability
    • Skilled communicator with proven negotiation ability
    • Proactive, detail-driven, and comfortable managing multiple projects
