Our client, a well‑established water treatment and water hygiene company, is looking for an experienced and confident Water Treatment / Legionella Sales Manager based in Central London. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing a company’s portfolio by selling water treatment and legionella services to new and existing clients.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Strong background in chemicals, sales, management, accounts and office administration.
  • Excellent communication and people‑management skills.
  • Good working knowledge of the water/legionella industry.
  • Proficient in using the Microsoft Office package.
  • Experience in a Sales Management role within the water sector is essential.
Role / Responsibilities
  • Identify and win new Water Treatment / Legionella contracts, cross‑selling services and compliances to a broad client base nationwide.
  • Prepare tenders, quotations, method statements and other bid documentation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.
  • Manage existing accounts while generating new business leads.
  • Lead and develop the sales team.
  • Promote the company’s water hygiene and water treatment products and services.
  • Engage with KPI reporting and ensure targets and goals are achieved.
  • Handle queries and issues appropriately.
  • Attend meetings as required.
  • Undertake training of staff.
