Marketing Manager
Leicester (Onsite 9am – 5pm)
Up to £45,000 based on experience

This is your opportunity to be part of a well-established business whose turnover last year was £10.5 million and has no plans to slow down! They’re seeing an average increase of 15% per year, and they are looking for a Marketing Manager to come in and drive brand growth.

What you’ll be doing?
As a key driver of the brand’s growth, you’ll collaborate with the Managing Director and Marketing Coordinator to shape and execute innovative marketing campaigns, from digital to print to events.
Working closely with a dynamic and results-driven sales team, you’ll ensure a cohesive and consistent brand identity across all channels. You’ll also oversee the design and production process to deliver exceptional results and exceed performance targets.

A strategic and confident marketer who is happy to take the lead and be hands-on.
Confident with design tools (Adobe, Canva etc.)
Commercially minded and an enthusiastic attitude!
Experience with paper/chemical products is a plus, but not essential
