We're looking for an Account Manager to join our On Trade Regional Sales team covering Lancaster, Penrith, Kendal - Barrow-In-Furness

Your Purpose

As an Account Manager, you’ll join one of our high-performing regional sales teams. Our teams are made up of individuals with a wide range of experiences and backgrounds, and we foster a collaborative, inclusive culture where everyone can thrive.

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of customer accounts, positioning Molson Coors as a trusted and preferred supplier.
  • Identify opportunities within your territory through thoughtful planning, research, and responsiveness to customer needs.
  • Deliver brand and sales strategies that enhance the customer experience and drive advocacy for our products.
  • Support customers in promoting and selling our drinks range through effective brand execution and tailored solutions.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Strong Sales experience with a background in Account Management
  • Previous experience of New Business development
  • Previous experience with P&L
  • Territory planning experience
  • Brings strong communication and commercial skills to a variety of environments.
  • Values long-term relationships and is committed to delivering excellent service.
  • Is open to learning and growing in a supportive, people-first culture.
