Your Purpose
We’re looking to recruit a Maintenance Lead, to join our brilliant Utilities team at Burton Brewery. You will be the Line Maintenance Lead and will be responsible for breakdown related losses and optimizing maintenance efficiency.
Responsible for building capability withing the line team and the wider production teams so you deliver overall line results supporting the Compelling Business Need.
Key Responsibilities
• Own the systems for your assigned Utilities assets, focusing on Defect Handling, Breakdown Elimination and Maintenance Planning and Scheduling.
• Support the development of and lead portions of the Line 90-Day Loss-Elimination plans, including the creation and realisation of capex plans in collaboration with the site central capital teams.
• Drive breakthrough results in Planned and Unplanned Downtime and own the data and accuracy for your areas of responsibility. Project manager the strategy for each individual asset that makes up the role; Breakdown Reduction, Key PM metrics, PM Completion %, Material and Labour, Backlog, Schedule Compliance, R&M Costs and Budget Development and management of the line.
• Serve as a technical coach and resource or the Line Team and actively participate in the Department meetings and execution of the daily plan.
