A leading payroll services provider based in Glasgow is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to oversee payroll processing across multiple subsidiaries. This role involves ensuring compliance with UK payroll legislation and HMRC reporting, managing statutory payments and deductions, and maintaining internal payroll policies. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, proficiency with payroll software, and excellent organizational skills. - Strong understanding of UK payroll legislation and HMRC compliance.
- Proven experience setting up processes and managing end-to-end payroll in a medium or large organisation.
- Proficiency with payroll software (e.g., Sage, ADP, Iris, Oracle, SAP).
Responsabilidades
- End-to-end payroll processing for 4 subsidiaries.
- Ensure compliance with all HMRC reporting requirements.
- Manage statutory payments and deductions.
- Reconcile payroll reports and resolve discrepancies.
- Oversee RTI submissions to HMRC.
- Administer pension schemes and incentives.
- Maintain payroll policies and internal controls.
- Liaise with HR, Finance, auditors, and external bodies.
