As a Wagon Maintainer, you'll:
- Carry out preventative planned and reactive maintenance, Traffic Inspections and Vehicle Inspections on freight wagons
- Diagnose and repair mechanical faults
- Perform brake testing, minor fabrication, and welding tasks
- Experience as a Mechanical Fitter in a heavy engineering environment
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Level 3 qualification in Mechanical or Maintenance Engineering
- Willingness to travel across the South of the UK
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
