A growing organization in High Wycombe is looking for a Payroll Manager to oversee the transition of payroll from an external provider to an in-house function. The successful candidate will have over 3 years of payroll management experience and be responsible for processing payroll for approximately 360 employees, ensuring statutory compliance, and system implementation. This role requires a strong communicator and leader who can manage payroll policies and procedures effectively.
Location: High Wycombe (Hybrid - 2 days per week in the office)
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to lead the transition of payroll from an external provider to an in‑house function. This is a hands‑on role suited to a Payroll Manager with proven experience building internal payroll systems and managing payroll within a growing business.
As a Payroll Manager, you will take full ownership of the end-to-end payroll function for a workforce of circa 360 employees. You will play a key role in system selection and implementation, moving away from the current Sage Line 50 platform and ensuring payroll is future‑proved to support ongoing business growth and acquisitions.
